Aplimat Journal is designed to communicate primary scientific research. We welcome submissions in any journal subject areas that will contribute to the base of scientific knowledge.
Participation of both, researchers and practitioners, is strongly encouraged. Papers may be submitted on: research in science and engineering, case studies drawn on professional practice and consulting, and position papers based on large and rich experience gained through executive/managerial practices and decision-making.
We will consider the following article types:

To publish at Aplimat Journal you are kindly asked to fill the form in Journal ON-LINE Submission System or to write us via e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Participations could be done by means of one or several of the following activities:
Acceptance decisions related to the submitted papers will be based on: closed, double-blinded review and/or open, non- blinded review. Consequently:
Acceptance of a submitted paper will be based on both kinds of reviewing. Moreover these papers will be under the supervision of the editorial board of Aplimat Journal.
The reviewing process of extended abstracts, case studies, position papers, reports, white papers, panel presentations will be based on the relevance of the topic, its potential for interdisciplinary communications, its educational value and/or its analogical thinking potential.
Several studies have shown the strength and the weaknesses of these two methods of reviewing. Many editors and authors also addressed this issue, some of whom have concluded that the reviewing should be double blinded and some others reached the opposite conclusion. David Kaplan, a highly cited author for example, stated that to overcome the weaknesses of peer-reviewing and to fix it "Review of a manuscript would be solicited from colleagues by the authors. The first task of these reviewers would be to identify revisions that could be made to improve the manuscript. Second, the reviewers would be responsible for writing an evaluation of the revised work." (Kaplan D., 1995, "How to Fix Peer Review", The Scientist, Volume 19, Issue 1, Page 10, Jun. 6. Also in http://www.scienceboard.org/community/perspectives.142.html).
Since both of these reviewing methods are opposites without contradiction between them, both methods can be used in a way as to complement one another, getting their advantages and reducing their respective disadvantages. This is the aim of Aplimat's Organizing Committee while choosing to combine both of them in the reviewing process of the papers that are submitted to the conference.
Organizers of Special Issues are autonomous with regards to the reviewing method to be used in the reviewing process of the papers to be submitted to their respective sessions. They can use any of these two methods or some combination of them.
All accepted papers that have at least one of their authors with a confirmed registration status in the journal site, will be included in both versions - hard copies and CD. Papers received after the respective deadline may be included only tp the next volume of Journal.
Acceptance decisions related to the submitted papers will be based on: closed, double-blinded review and/or open, non- blinded review.
Consequently:
Acceptance of a submitted paper will be based on both kinds of reviewing. The selection of the best papers, for their publication in Aplimat - Journal of Applied Mathematics and Engineerings, will also be based on both kinds of reviewing.

We will consider the following article types:
Aplimat Journal does not accept for publication papers / works that have already been published, in whole or in part, elsewhere in the peer-reviewed literature. In addition, we will not consider submissions that are currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
We will consider manuscripts that have been deposited in preprint servers such as arXiv or published in a thesis. We will also consider work that has been presented at conferences.
If a submitted study replicates or is very similar to previous work, authors must provide a sound scientific rationale for the submitted work and clearly reference and discuss the existing literature. Submissions that replicate or are derivative of existing work will likely be rejected if authors do not provide adequate justification.
Aplimat Journal does not copyedit accepted manuscripts, so the language in submitted articles must be clear, correct, and unambiguous. We may reject papers that do not meet these standards. If the language of a paper is difficult to understand or includes many errors, we may recommend that authors seek independent editorial help before submitting a revision. These services can be found on the web using search terms like "scientific editing service" or "manuscript editing service."
